Aliens are landing at Astley Hall on Friday 10 November 
Astley Illuminated is returning on Friday 10 November, 5pm – 9pm with the theme… Alien Invasion! 
Beings from outer space are taking over the Hall and grounds of Astley, will you help us shine a light on these extra-terrestrial visitors? 
This event is sure to be an immersive experience out of this world, featuring:
– Dazzling Light displays in the Hall and grounds
– Installations and interactive performers featuring popular sci-fi characters
– UV Face Painting
– Live Music acts
– Delicious food and drink traders

Entry to Astley Illuminated is free, no tickets required, but donations to the Friends of Astley Hall are welcome (there will be collection points at both entrance and exit to the hall).
**Parking and travel information **
A free Park and Ride service for the event will run from 5pm – 9pm, from the Union Street bus stop to Hallgate car park. Two buses will be running on the route so waiting times for the service should be at a minimum.
Hallgate car park will be restricted to Blue Badge and pass holders only
Please make use of town centre car parks, many of which have free parking after 5pm, or the Ackhurst Lodge car park. We recommend bringing your own torches if walking through the park from Ackhurst.
Please do not park any vehicles on residential areas in Astley Village, as this causes disruption and inconvenience to our neighbours.
**Filming and Photography**
Please be aware that there will be promotional filming and photography will be taking place throughout the duration of the event. If for any reason you do not wish your image to be captured on film or photograph, please make a member of event staff aware. The Film Crew and Photographer will wear high-vis and be easily identifiable.
