Astley Santa's Grotto
Santa can't wait to see you in his grotto at Astley on Saturdays and Sundays from 29 November to 21 December.
We're very excited that Santa will be back in his grotto at Astley Hall this Christmas!
Access to Santa's Grotto is by pre-booked tickets only and the grotto will be open on Saturdays and Sundays, 29 November to 21 December, 10am – 4pm
Ticket price includes entry to the Hall to view the festive decorations around the ground floor
In addition, 9am to 10am, of each Saturday will be a relaxed session in the Great Hall which will be quieter with reduced noise and increased lighting.
TICKET INFORMATION:
- All tickets to meet Santa must be booked in advance at £8 (plus booking fee) per child, each ticket includes a gift from Santa.
- There is a maximum of 4 children and 2 adults per slot, with three slots available across 10 minute intervals
- If more than one child will be attending you MUST purchase a ticket for every child, or you will not be admitted. To do this, choose your 1 time slot ticket (admits one child) and then click through to purchase an 'additional child' ticket for each additional child (up to +3 additional children per slot).
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your time slot. You must attend at the time specified and late arrival may result in no admittance and no refund.
- The correct age of all children attending must be supplied on the booking to allow Santa to prepare for your visit and ensure a suitable present is available. You will be asked for this information upon checkout.
- Visitors must adhere to all staff instructions at all times. We require correct and up to date contact information provided when you check out
